U nekoliko \u017elica maslinovog ulja popr\u017eimo luk i \u010de\u0161njak dok luk ne postane proziran.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Dodamo heljdu (puna obi\u010dna \u0161alica dovoljna je za 2-3 osobe). <\/p>\n\n<p>Heljdu zajedno s lukom pr\u017eimo nekoliko minuta, da heljda razvije aromu lje\u0161njaka. Dodamo trajnije divlje biljke, kao \u0161to su kopriva, bro\u0107ika i divlji luk. Zalijemo s malo vode i nekoliko minuta pirjamo, da se biljke smanje. Sve zajedno zalijemo s temeljcem, taman toliko da ga prekrije.
